Right rib cage pain
Firstly, I'm from Malaysia and I'm 22
I have been suffering from pain in my right side in my rib area..I have had this pain for nearly 2 and half years but it getting more worst recently..it feel like something stabbing on my right rib..I will fill the pain for about 5 to 7 minutes..it happens 2 or more times daily..I been search on the internet about this pain, and some of it, said maybe i got a lung cancer..can you tell what really happened to my body and do i seriously got a cancer?please help me because I'm going nuts with all this pain and sickness
Answer:because you have suffered for so long it makes me think of 2 things gull bladder---and believe it or not it also could be your ovary---strange to feel it so high up---but the fact is a cystic ovary the pain will make you think its a gull bladder or appendix----i know i was tested for everything and it was a cystic ovary ans i had to have it removed
That is a common symptom on cholycystitis, or a gall bladder problem... has your right shoulder blade been hurting you at all?
I had pain on my right rib area.It was worst if I ate fatty foods.The pain was so bad that I felt like I was dying.I went to the doctor who did an ultrasound and diagnosed gallstones.I had a relatively simple operation to remove the gallbladder and no more pain!The pain used to extend into my back when it was really bad.There are lots of things that can cause right rib pain.Basically any problem with the liver,gallbladder,duodenum or pancreas.See a doctor.It could be something much less scary than cancer.Doctors these days are very good at helping people get better - isn't it best to find out what the problem is, rather than worry yourself to death ?
