if i put a whole small bottle in food and someone ate it how long would it take for the side effects to kick in? and what are the side effects? are there any other ways to make someone sick for a few days with nothing serious, maybe some pucking but make them feel like sh**? please and spank you!

People in the restaurant industry sometimes put a few drops of visine in the food their serving to give bad customers the runs...
any med. thats taken over the directed amount has side effects and most can lead to some serious damage, would you really want to kill someone when your just tring to make them sick...have fun in jail
I sounds like you need psychological help, not help to poison yourself. This is a dangerous and rather sad game you are playing to avoid whatever it is. :(
I take it that you want to get back at someone for something?!?! Put some laxative in there food and stir it up!
Do what they did in "Wedding Crashers" and put eyedrops in someone's drink. But are you really sure you want to do this?
