Please Help If you Can Waking up with leg pain/aches

The pain is pretty hard to describe...which drives me nuts!

And, it's very annoying, also it's not localized in one area. It tends to be above the knee. But it is pretty bad, and wakes me up in the morning. FeeIs like something heavy was laying on top of my legs all night, or overstreched feeling maybe. I have had this on and off for the past month. The pain does almost diminish with tylenol. Went to the doctor who said she didn't know what it was. She checked for blood clots, and no, it was clear. Besides it's in both legs. I'm fully grown (in my 30's). I told her that I have sat in bed with the laptop, after having the flu, which became a habbit.

I do notice it happens more when I feel dehydrated too. But, that could just be a coincidence.

Answer:

ok this i heard many time before. Dont go to the local doctor for this one. I personally think its you nerve muscles in your legs that are shooting off to many responses. check into some nervous doctor/nerurologists office. your local doctor will only tell you the basic stuff for her/his specialty. im almost certain it has something to do with your nerves. i hope this helps a lot and check your self in because your regular doc does not know jack about your nervous system.
