Plantars warthelp

Okay, so i just got the wart burned out yesterday and soaked it in salt water for the first time today. Oh my god, talk about pain! It's been about 2 hours since I took my foot out and the pain is horrible. I can't even walk on it, and it hurts to just sit here. I was hoping maybe someone would have some tips on easing the pain? I took some advil about an hour ago and so far nothing has changed.
