Pink eye in both eyes =( help
I just woke up for school and i randomly have pink eye in both eyes now! I dont know how it happened because no one in my family has it except for me and my mom and my mom has been off in chicago for a business trip!!
Could it have some connection and how can i home remedy this until she gets home??
I can barely see =(
I was out at a party saturday night but it was very small and i knew everyone personally, no on had pink eye either... could the alcohol somehow have caused this?

pink eye can be caused from rubbing your nose, then touching your eye without washing your hands. or if someone else has a cold. don't go to school until you see the doctor and get eyedrops. it's highly infectious. don't put contacts in if you wear them, just glasses. definately go see an eye doctor. be careful! feel better.
you could have got it before going to the party. Anytime that person with pink Eye touches a surface and you touch it then touch your eyes. you can get it. You do not have to be around a person with pink eye to get oink eye.

How about your pillowcase. Do you keep it covered when not in use? Dust can do it. When was the last time that it was changed? Did you happen to use your mom's?
Conjunctivitis (pink eye) is an infection of the conjunvtiva, the membrane covering the white part of the eye.
Remedies for conjunctivitis are mostly perscription. However ther is a new OTC medication called Simalasan. It's available at most drugstores.
