wondering naproxencan use for skin allergy?
Answer:Naproxen is an NSAID or a non-steroidal anti inflammatory, more commonly known as the over the counter medication Aleve.. Medrol is more commonly known as Methylprednisone which is a corticosteroid. Medrol packs are used to treat severe allergic conditions among other things. These 2 drugs are not the same do not work the same way and definitely will not produce the same results. If you want more information just type the name of each drug into a search box on the internet and read the info. You'd be surprised how much info you can find.
Naproxen is aleve, a pain reliever. I don't think that would be of use to you unless you are having pain with the allergy. Medrol dose pack, is that what you have? That is a steroid which will reduce the inflamation.
Don't listen to your friend. He doesn't know what he is talking about. Use the medrol
