My chiwawa is sick

i dont know whats wrong with my chiwinie hes part chiwawa part wiener dog but he has this break out it use to be on his belly but i gave him benadryl and it went away the break out is now these dot looking things all over his head especially near his eyes his eyes are dryed up looking where the skin is its really sad but i have no money to have him looked at if you know of anything i may be able to give him to cure it or if you know what may be wrong please let me know there small dots on his head like masquito bites only they bleed when u scratch it or puss comes out sometimes nothing happens to some of them. please help me out if you know anything

He could have fleas..or he could be allergic to grass. Ask someone in a pet store to see if they can take a look at him and suggest something. You might also ask this question in pets under dogs.
