The bumps aren't sore and he doesn't have any other symptoms.I was recently diagnosed with bacterial vaginosis. I also think I may have developed a yeast infection.Right before I began treatment for the bacterial vaginosis we had sex but it was very dry.Could I have given him a yeast infection or could it just be irritated from the dryness? Or could it be something else?

yes you could have given him a yeast infection/bacterial infection but those don't usually cause bumps they could be genital warts caused from hpv, or herpes you both need to get into the doctor and be tested for these. you have to specifically ask for a herpes specific blood test because when you go in for std testing they do not test for it.
