okay im a petite gurl,but my stomach is a lil showing its not as big but its lil big,but anyway wat can i do to knock it off?

Cut the carbs...do sit ups, and go swimming! Have fun with it...after all its not a lot you have to work off.


Run or swim like the dickens...or walk (slower results) The only way to lose weight is to burn calories. I am the same...about 5'2 and 104 lbs...usually I do the elliptical for 45min a day...but when I was tavelling without my car and walked about 2 hours a day for two months, my waist went from 25" to 22.5" and I lost 1" off each thigh, and went down to 101lbs. And I didn't even do it on purpose...
They way for me to a flat stomach is to stop eating as much.
