i wanted to join a yoga class but well, any way are there anygood positions that help?? even if they aren't yoga positions ANYTHING just a good thing to do every morning

Just doing some simple stretching will help to get your muscles warm and the blood flowing. It is also a good time to get mentally prepared for the day!

Sit in bed when you get up in the morning and do some deep breathing.Close one nostril and breathe in through the other one. Hold it for a couple secs and then breathe out through the other nostril keeping the nostril you took the breath through closed. Switch sides and repeat. This will freshen you up quickly.
