Hey..someone said they purchased their Winsor Pilates thru a Music store..? I want to know if using the Pilates really did help? Did you see any difference in weight / loose inches..?? And in how many sessions did u see the difference?

Answer:

YES!!! The Winsor Pilate's really do work and they are worth every penny. They really have the exercises down to a science. When you have done them for about six weeks you will be so proud of yourself and how you look. They even have (On the same videos) a person to show you how to do the Pilates if you have physical disabilities. They first show you how to do the exercise with a body that does not have any problems, then they show you how to modify the exercises if you have back problems,neck problems, etc. If you do the exercises every other day, or every day if you want to, you will find,You will love your new body and the new you!


I haven't used it, but just remember, when they say you'll lose "10 inches in 2 weeks" this can mean 1/4 inch from each upper arm, 1/4 inch from each lower arm, 1/4 inch from each inner thigh, 1/4 inch each calf, etc. so that it totals 10 inches.

Basically they just pull the tape measure tighter the second time to get it to read 1/4 inch smaller.


Yes & Yes! Pilates is great. I was doing the treadmill & stationary bike for while, and it was taking forever to get results - i threw in pilates 3x a week - and i saw results after 1 week. my weight is probably the same, (maybe lost 2 lbs) but i'm more tone, and it looks as though i lost 10 lbs. my hip size and waist size has gotten smaller - not to mention area's are much more firm. Try it, I doubt you will be disappointed.

no i did it and its just a waist of time get elite billy bootcamp you will see results in 7 days.
