Will this keep me fit
I am in good shape and fit, and I am a 16 year old male and so I'm pretty young. Well, I have a twin brother and he eats alot of junk food all the time, drinks soda every day, and also eats fast food more often than he should and he is not that active, me on the other hand I never eat fast food, I eat pretty healthy food, and I never drink soda, and I run every day around 30-35 minutes.
Also, my brother weighs 17 pounds more than me and why is this, and also will running 30-35 minutes everyday keep me in shape?

do pushups every ounce in a while {like every 2-3days} and do 5 more than you did last time intill you get to 50/

Yes definetely. If you keep running 30-35 minutes a day, that will help you to maintain your shape. Your brother weighs 17 pounds more because the eats junk food which has more fat in it, and since your brother is not active he doesn't burn the fat that he eats, so he stores it. If he continues like that he will keep gaining. You on the other hand, are keeping youself by not eating junk food, and excersising which is the best thing you can do to keep your self in shape. =) Keep it up!!
it sounds like you are on the correct track, maybe add some weight lifting and crunches to get a better result! And please try to get your brother on the correct track too!
I think that will keep you in shape. Cardio and weight lifting are just as important to staying healthy as eating the right foods. Stay on the track you are on, once you go on to all that junk food it is very hard to stop. Trust me, I know.
