I'm 29 years-old, 5'7'' about 225lbs. I have tried all kinds of diets and they never worked. I started the "stop eating so much" diet and it's working. It's so easy and i think everyone should try it

Damn right this is what i been saying forever. good point fat as*es shold not eat that much, think bout this have you EVER seen a commercial to gain weight, me not one.

Good for you. But it doesn't work for everyone. Personally, I sometimes barely eat 2 meals a day and I don't loose weight. All bodies are different and i ttake different things to make them loose weight.
its not true for everyone... i only eat dinner and im still kinda chubby... it also depends on if you walk or sit down the most for some people see... everyones body is different and no mans the same so for some people they have too try somthing different
A lot of people eat because its a sort of comfort eating to escape from their mundane lives or whatever troubles they are trying to escape from.. And I for one can understand that..
It all depends on people's metabolism. I don't think that you're being very fair to some people. Thank goodness I don't have to worry about the whole wieght thing but I'm sure the older I get I will have to and that is because of that word again...metabolism. You should also exercise with the "stop eating so much" diet.
If we all had the same metabolism there would only be one diet. The key is stick to it and exercise. Sadly, we are a world of give-ups, looking for the quick fix. Glad you found yours.
some people have more emotional and psychological problems that make it almost like an addiction to food... others actually have medical problems (thyroid, metabolism, diabetes... yes they can be genetic) that make it difficult to maintain a healthy weight even with restricted calories and good exercise. don't be so hard on other people. it's great that you can moderate your own eating but i know from personal experience that some of us need more than just willpower to keep our waistlines in check.
I almost died listening to people like you. I have sleep apnea and my digestive system among other systems shut down. I get sick when people say eat and exercise with out knowing what the problem is. When I go back and tell those educated people that they don't want to talk about it.
We have been brain washed by the portions that are available to us. Once people get use to those portions and learn to finish whats on there plate its hard to get rid of that mind set.I think its great that you taking control and listening to your body. I've been to France and oh my gosh!! the portions re so much smaller there .I'm embarrassed to think about what they must think when they come here.
I stopped drinking beer during the week.....that helped alot too.
