its not but at first your body doesnt realy want to and neither do you but if you continue your body will be craving to go

its not hard. you just need to find someway to motivate yourself to go to the gym.
It's very exciting when we first start going to the gym and losing weight but soon it becomes tedious and boring. Find new classes, or go exercise somewhere else, like walking or running in your own neighborhood. Your body and mind get bored easily if you do the same thing all the time.
Cuz it's easier to stay home & watch tv or sleep.
Why? its very simple mental attitude . Its the want and the desire as well the discipline to live a healthy lifestyle . Its not only going to the gym but also having a good dietary plan . Once you have put these two plans in the place the gym is only required to be only 30 minutes a day 3 times a week . The idea of going to the gym is not about getting all stressed out because you got to do it . Its all about planning your day as well so that everything can fit together in your daily routine , once you have accomplished all of that it does become very easy . You have to plan everything just Like you are planning going on a date . But as well it all depends what you trying accomplished at the gym are you going because you want to look like Sylvester or Arnold , well if that's what looking at its totally different , that's a job. Take one day at the time do it consistently and you will enjoy it .I have been doing it for the last 39 years at least 3 times a week and I feel great and I don't even look my age , is my children do say .
