Why has my workout stop giving me the results as before
First, after body gets used to the workout you are doing and results slow down and eventually stop altogether. You need to change your workouts. Do some new exercises, change the number of days you work out, etc.
Secondly, you say you "diet like crazy, sometimes fasting for a day". BAD idea! you body will slow down its metabolism if you are not eating enough to support your training! Try eating 5 or six small meals a day, consisting of 3-4 ounes of chicken or fish, (protein) and salad and vegetables. Cut out refined flours and white sugar. For your carbs, which are needed for energy, eat broccoli, yams, brown rice, whole grain breads and pasta. Just be sure that you eat small portions. Half a cup of rice or pasta is all you need! Measure it!

First, congratulations on making the decision to improve yourself.
Second, you should NOT fast. You'll only confuse your body. Eat healthy well-planned meals, with lots of fiber, fruits and vegetables, water and protein.
I think that the muscle is there, but it's still hidden under the fat.
You have to lose the fat.
You've reached a plateau: you need to do more exercise but don't overdo it. It's not about losing weight fast, it's about being healthy.

PUMP IT UP!- over time your body gets uded to the exercise, thats why you need to increse the intensity as time goes on. Excercies longer, lift heavier weights, work out more often.
EAT- all fasting is going to do is slow down your metabolism, thus decreasing weight loss. try eating nice healthy meals
and since you said you are saggy, you really should consider lifiting heavier weights. try something you have moderate-heavy difficulty in, 4 sets of 8-12 reps...and everybody loves crunches for those elusive abs...
