It is the smell of the asparagus. It happens with coffee and beets.
thats a good question, never sniffed my piss.
It can happen with other foods too. If I eat onions and even if I have fish the night before. If you are breast feeding the taste (or so they say could make the baby's urine smell too) will come through the milk and if you eat beets it can turn the milk pink. LOL
DIFFERENT FOODS CAN MAKE THE SMELL AND /OR THE COLOR OF OUR FECESES ( BOWEL AND URINE) TO APPEAR DIFFERENT ..THAT IS TOTALLY NORMAL!
