is it because it makes you eat less or is it because it makes your heart race? i just got prescribed to adderall and am also trying to lose weight, i can go days without eating, but will that make me not lose weight? what is the best thing to do?

If it gives you more energy or makes you more jittery the resulting activity could be the reason. If you have no appetite that can do it as well. It is not healthy to lose weight by not eating at all. If you are concerned about your weight, see a nutritionist to come up with a plan for you to lose weight in a healthy manner.
