Answer:
It takes more calories to power a bigger body. Try carrying around some extra weights for awhile. It will take more energy to walk with the extra weight than without.
Also, don't use the term fat people, it's degrading. It's the same for somebody large from a lot of muscle.
why u fat
Because they tend to consume less calories and therefore don't burn them as quickly. The body of a heavier person has more mass. Your fat cells do not dissapear, they only shirnk. If you have large fat cells, then they will be easier to make smaller. If you have realatively small ones, it will take a lot of calorie burning to make them smaller because they have to work twice as hard. I know, a jumbled up explination. I tried.
Thinner people usually have a faster metabolism than fat people which makes them burn off calories faster than a fat person thus making them thinner.
only because it legitimately takes more energy for your body to move 300lbs than to move 130lbs.
What makes you think they do? If you are talking about "overall" or throughout the day, in some cases, the reason why they are thin is because they burn more calories. Metabolism is highly individual ... an underweight person can easily have a faster metabolism and burn more calories than an overweight person. It depends on genetics, the types of foods you eat, the frequency of your meals, the type and duration and intensity of your exercise, etc.
