Why do people Drink raw eggs
like rocky. What does it do? and why?
Answer:its called denaturization. thats what happens when you cook raw foods and they change into something else. when you expose heat to vegetables, havent you heard that they lose a lot of their nutrients?
its true they do. so why should eggs be any different? there's different views on this topic. one egg has 6g of protein, raw. how much protein it has once its cooked... well, a good guess would be something less than 6g.
So although Rocky looks cool while he's manning those raw eggs down, not only is it quick to not cook them, but your guarenteeing that every ounce of those grams of protein go into your body.
And yes, its not exactly sanitary since eggs can develop salmenella, but who cares, it looks cool, right? haha.

It has a huge amount of protein. You'll build muscles very fast.
It's an excellent source of protien.
raw eggs can leave you vulnerable to bacteria and cooked eggs are still good protein
They wanna be like Rocky - Seriously though aside from the fact that its gross it is also really really dangerous - they can get sallimenella (?)
