Why do i weigh so little when im a pig when i eat
im 5 foot 2 and weigh 94 lbs i have a 9.9% fat percentage maybe more since i joined track but im a pretty lazy person i only joined track 1 week ago so that wouldnt have anything to do with it. i am also a vegitarian. and umm... i eat mostly junk food almost all the time and right now im even eating a bowl full of cheatoes fruit punch drink and tropicana strawberry melon thing so i eat all the time please help i really want to know and if i have a high matabolizm will it be like this the rest of my life? please help me with my Q.
Answer:You do not mention your age but may be one of the lucky ones to have a high metabolism but that can change once you hit 20's so to avoid health and weight problems find out NOW what to eat(Healthy) so when the metabolism does change it will not be so difficult to break habit eating esp all the sugar.Know many people who in their 20s some even not until 30's began putting the weight on BUT can't break junk food etc eating habits-not happy people-start now and you'have no bad habits to break.Go to www.healthyeating.net for eating healthy is not just for weight but also to give your body,organs,skin, hair etc good nutrition for you are what you eat.Even Mood is determined later by what you eat now.To be happy,healthy,attractive -eat healthy

You probably have a fast metabolism, and possible have hyperthyroidism, which I used to have myself. This means that your thyroid is overactive, causing you to have problems gaining weight. If you are really concerned about this, you may want to ask your physician to test your blood levels of thyoid hormone, to see if you have any irregularities, since these levels can fluctuate throughout your life if you do in fact have an irregularity in this area. If not, at least try to eat foods that are natural and low in fat, like whole grains, vegetables, fruits, lean meats, etc. And keep exercising, it's good for ya!

Yes, you have a high metabolism and are growing. Make sure that you take a daily vitamin and some sort of protein. Good luck to you.... And yes, your metabolism will slow down as you age. The when varies from individual to individual.
I used to be like you- could eat like a pig, and never put on any weight- built like a bean pole. Enjoy it while you can- the years and the pounds will pack on soon enough!
