I generally have a fairly normal appetite but then there are days that I could eat forever and never be full. I've been like this since the weekend - it's unbelieveable the hunger I have for anything. Not fussy about what I eat. If I see it, I eat it! How can I suppress this appetite?
Answer:If you drink alot of soda or anything that has a lot of corn syrup in it especially High Fructose Corn Syrup these are very potent sugars, they suppress your bodies ability to know if it has had enough food to eat and increases your appetite.
My family and I have been using the best cleansing technology...:)the first time I did it, I lost 16 pounds in 9 days:)...check out this site....w w w .gocleanse. com/colin
It will change your life:)
eat!!!
Hormones play havoc with the appetite.
Drink water to suppress the appetite.
From what I have researched and learned is that your body is really missing vitamins and crucial minerals that it needs to survive...
I used to get this alot. I went on a cleanse, and it really helped...it kind of retuned my tastebuds. Plus, just the act of only drinking for a few days makes your stomach shrink a little, so you feel full on less food. It could also be hormonal...I used to get starving if I was PMSing. To suppress your appetite, keep some fibre pills on hand (I like ultra-fibre) and drink lots of tea, decaf coffee, and water. These liquids will help keep you full. Good luck!
eat more rice, it will give you a more full feeling, or you can chew you food longer it will give you a more full feeling.
I can eat for ever. I hate it!
I'm diabetic and this is one of the symptoms when your blood glucose is high, other symptoms are thirst, sleepy, tired, blurred vision, frequent urination, lack of energy and dry, itchy skin. If I where you I'd have my blood glucose---you have to fast the night before and until the blood work is done.
I can't say WHY, but I can say that eating more slowly will help you feel more full with a smaller meal. If you're hungry it actually takes about fifteen minutes after your first bite for your stomach to send the message that it's being filled. Also, try eating a lot of lightly-dressed salad when you feel like that -- it's more filling with less calories.
Is your period due?
They say it is hormone related as every woman I know gets this same problem at various stages of her cycle
