I jump rope alot and work out alot to. I do alot of outdoor activities too.

But im getting like BIG how can i get thin and still be active?

(I drink alot of soda and eat alot of junk)

Why dont you drop the soda and junk food. Soda caused ppl to gain weight and so does junk food especially if you over do it. - if your working out but still eating and drinking junk your just goin on circles and wasting your time.


Stop eating junk food. I swear to God that I've lost 15 pounds in two months once I stopped eating fast food, and started working out three days a week.

it might not be fat, u are gainin alot of muscle which is a good thing.. u might want to cut down on all the soda and junk food u dont have stop drinkin and eatin that stuff but it will help u out if u dont eat it all the time.. do some plyotees i think that is how u spell it... like stairs, do some ladders... run too like a mile a day or some sprints..

Junk Food Has A Ton Of Calories, If You're Taking In Alot Of Calories Say 3500 A Day But Only Burning Off 1500 It Really Doesn't Help You. Junk Food Has Alot Of Fats That Are Unhealthy For You And Can Be Harder To Get Rid Of. Try Eating Healthier. Subway Sandwiches Are Good And They Fill You UP, Stay Away From Mayo It Has Alot OF Calories. Or Just Eat Alot Of White Meats Such As Fish, Chicken, And Turkey With Salads And A Light Dressing. It Seems Like Your Metabolism Is Fine, You Just Need To Eat Healthier.

I would try tracking how many calories you eat in a day. Try to keep it around 1800 to 2000 a day and write EVERYTHING down. I was running 2-3 times a week and gaining weight. Once I started monitoring how much food I was eating, I started to lose weight fast. I've lost 15 pounds since New Years. Good luck!
I think you know the answer....don't eat junk food and soda.

One easy way is to just cut out the bad stuff one day a week. Then two days the next week and so on until you are no longer eating bad stuff.
