Answer:You just have a fast metablosim! lucky you! Try shakes that are for weight gain
You have cancer.
try eating fats meats and lots of cheese they all put it on me.
i think you forgot the protein part. try it, it works
It sounds like you're trying to gain weight to get fat. Don't do that. Do it efficiently, you need to eat healthy, a real lot of healthy food and lift weights!
You are -for whatever reason -burning as many calories as you are taking in. A fast metabolism, stress, exercise, or a combo of those factors.
Yes, you have a fast metabolism, faster than most people, and that is good. But look to gaining weight in a healthy way.
Try eating more lean meats, and bulk up on more proteins.
actually eating just carbs wont cause you to gain weight, your body can only covert excess carbs into something like 3-5 grams of fat per 24 hours. but your body can absorb about as much fat as you eat. so if you have a very low fat/high carb diet, you wont gain weight unless you add some more fats (polyunsaturated and monounsaturated are the best fats, theyre found in nuts, fish, and olive oil) to your diet. you should have some protein in your diet as well, especially if youre trying to gain weight for sports. contrary to what all the fad diets say, high carb diets alone arent fattening- high carb high fat diets are the culprit for many americans being overweight
