Why am I gaining weight
OKay...I lived at my moms house where I didnt really eat all that much. I weighed like 140 at 5'8''. Well i moved in with my grandparents like 4 months ago....and Ive noticed ive been gaining weight. NOW...im at 158 pounds...and its all fat. At this rate ...how much do you guys think i would weigh by the summer....or by around october of next year?
Answer:Grandma's cooking and love are always weight gainers. You have to cut back on the amount of calories, and increase you exercise. If you don't you will surpass the chubby point and really be fat. Your Granda means well and your weight doesn't show up for her, it does for you and your friends.
stop eating
Sounds like Grandma is a pretty good cook. Just cut what you've been eating in half and you'll get back to your normal weight.
You need to control this now! years ago, people didn't have the knowledge of how and what to cook for good health, so many older people eat poorly. They cook with shortening, oil, refined flour, etc.
Get more fruit, veggies and whole grains in your diet. Only you control what goes in your body. Get some exercise, too.
At the current rate of weight gain (4.5lbs/month), you will weigh 176 pounds by summer (Late June), and by October 2008 you will weigh 243 and a half pounds.
I would highly recommend re-evaluating your diet.
try getting some will power and know when you are full. just think about what you eat and how much BEFORE you eat.
It depends on the person...depressed or happy. You can gain weight from stress or getting rid of stress.
