I am unable to exercise due to a problem with my joints, I walk for 20 minutes everyday, eat plenty of fruit and drink water. My downfall could be my coffee 6 mugs a day with semi skimmed milk and 1 sugar.

I had to answer this question, because for once I have found someone like me!! I am 47 and have spent my life since 17 chasing my weight . I have lived with the same man for 27 years and he always vouches for the fact that I don't eat much! I spent much of my teenage years trying to keep my weight below 9st 7lbs at 5t 4ins which is just above average I think. I am now 47 and 10st 4 lbs which I suppose is not too bad for my age. Trouble is that I used to be fit and good looking and now find it difficult to change my body shape and weight.!!! I have just embarked on a diet regime that should keep me full up whilst losing weight! I shall keep you informed!

That's 6 sugars to many a day.
20 minutes of walking isn't alot. If you suffer from a joint problem i would try swimming...... or water aerobics. You need to do at least 1hrs exercise every other day to gain anything positive from it :O)
