How about just eating less and doing more exercise.... that normally works.....
It's not super fast, but try the Campbell's soup for life plan. Because you're getting filled up on soup, you're more satisfied when you eat and you eat less. Also anything that has liquids like this soup diet is a great diet because liquid diets get results.
The Atkins diet is easy and I lost 70 LBS in a year, hard to maintain and a bit boring. Not healthy for vanity pounds (5-10lbs) not fast for the first 10 either IMHO. But once I got going it went fast to a point then I had to kick start it again.
I think eat as little as you can,and toughen everyday is the only way.
Stop eating so much! It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out. A little excercise will also help.
