Who do I get skinney before the summer
Im 13 about 129 pounds I wanna wiegh 120 ish or less I EAT HEALTHY (welll most of the time twice a week ill end up eaten somethin bad) I only have baked or 100 calorie packs snacks which i dont eat a lot, I run at least 3 times a week 1 1/2- 2 miles Im in Athletics offseason right now WAT DO I DO TO GET SKINNY
Answer:hAH im in the same situation but 2 yrs difference i read a bruce lee book called art of expressing the human body and it says jump roping is 3 times more affective than running so everyday jump rope and do it about 15 and increase 2 mins per day to see an increase.

go jogging everyday,try jogging out side you will get bettwer tresults than a treadmill.eat raw or steamed vegtables.do not eat later than 6 pmdrink a lot of water it helps plenty.
