Fruits or Vegetables?
Answer:veggies
Vegetables
vegatables..they are lower in calories.
veggies, definately.
eat leafy green vegetables...fruits have more sugars in them.
vegetables. while you need to eat some fruit for vitamins and nutrients, they're naturally high in sugar, and therefore calories. so pick fruit over chips anyday, but vegetables are much better for you. they have TONS of fiber (especially when raw) , which fills you up so ur not hungry, and helps you lose weight. and they don't have as much natural sugars.
veggies have less sugar.
You should eat both, but more vegetables than fruit.
Fruit has sugar in it, wheras veggies don't.
You should be eating 2 fruits a day and 3-6 vegetables a day. They're high in fibre too.
