Whatever fits into your schedule...and from what you like.

I prefer morning b/c it wakes me up and keeps me going throughout the day. I'm always tired at night b/c of work or school.

Doing some intense cardio in the morning also burns calories throughout the day

evening. Burn off calories you ate for dinner. Mussles are already worked up during the day.

Morning. Nice wakeup. Helps you get your energy for the day.


exercising gives ya energy so do it in the moring! I do mine in the morn and always have energy the rest of the day! Tried it in the evening once and couldn not fall asleep...lol

You're body will burn more calories in the morning before you eat. however, since you havnt ate yet you won't want to do anything for too long.

the best advice i could give you is to wake up & jog for about 30 minutes in the morning (in the gym or just around the neighborhood) & hit the gym up at night. if you make a habit of jogging every morning, you won't feel guilty for having to miss an evening workout.

if this schedule doesn't work for you, juts exercise whenever time allows! it's still just as good for you no matter what time of the day it is!

I'd say the morning...but the real answer is the one that fits your schedule and that you can do for the long-term. I have friends that work-out at various times of the day..and they all get similar results. If you work-out in the morning or mid-day, you get the benefits of the extended calorie-burn. If you work-out too late in the day, you're not giving your body a chance to slow down before you sleep...but it's far better than not working out at all! Go with the time that works best for you.
