I think reductil but it is the dearest but has the least side effects than the other one and in Australia it's prescription medicine only and the other one can be purchased without a script but they are trying to get that changed because people that don't really need it are using it ,anyway before you take any of them you should always check it out with your doctor to see whats right for you not just take something because it's the cheapest.

I have tried both and had very good luck with xenical but as with anything I would consult your doctor because if you are takeing other medications you could have some adverse reactions. But the xenical seemed to have less side effects at least for me. But please ask your doctor to see what he or see thinks based on your individual situation. Also I was very good an keeping to a good exercise routine and more healthy diet. So that went a long way too.

neither, dieting correctly. all xenical does is block absorption of fat, and if youre actually trying to lose weight you shouldnt be eating fatty foods in the first place. looks like reductil is the UK's version of meridia, which works to make you feel fuller. both i think the average range for weight loss is 5-10lbs a year, i dont know what prices are in the UK but both run around $50-100 a month in the USA
