Ok.......i wake up about 11 am, i cant sleep well at night......... i eat food around 12nn, but i need a 3 hours to rest before eating, then that leads me to 3 pm, and people say dont execise after 3 pm coz you wont be able to sleep at night, i sleep around 2-3 am

Answer:

Perhaps the reason you can't sleep is because you don't excercise. You're not tired enough and also you're keeping too much stress bottled up inside. you need to release it by working out. Excercise 5 hours before bedtime, you should be ok.


Actually they recommend not to exercises 2-3 hours before you go to bed, so if you were to workout at 3 pm, it should not affect your sleep, cause you'll be in bed by 2-3 am and that's about 8+ hour difference. You may actually find that exercises will help you fall asleep ( for me it helps me to stay asleep, which I need). So it just depends on what your schedule is like, 20-30 min of exercises should be fine, even if it's just walking around the park.
exercise whenever you want to. just make sure you have properly cooled down and lowered your heartrate before actually laying down to sleep.

everyone is different (like morning people and night owls) . I like to work out in the evenings.
