it sounds silly but I like to keep sweet in my mouth. It's not impossible becuase we have zero calorie diet drinks like Dr.Peppers

Answer:

Sugar free gum.

Some would argue that we are better to work toward removing the need for that sweetness. The more sweets we eat (even low/no cal) the more we tend to want. It's psychological. Try limiting your sweet intake instead and eat some carrot sticks.

Organic foods are usually lower in calories so visit that section in the supermarket.

Celery and Iceberg lettuce have no calories. Most food stores have an aisle of dietetic foods.

I a few at Fred Meyer and our local health food store. Haven't tried anything yet.

A side note, the marinara looks scary. How can something have tomatoes in it and be zero calories? A mystery.
