When working out what should you do to tone faster... i do cardio but what is something different i can do besides weights and yoga etc... any ideas!

Answer:

Running & walking are great ways to tone your lower body and reduce your body fat percentage. For upper body, try push-ups, crunches, and pull-ups. There's a lot you can do with minimal equipment...it's just a matter of working it into your daily routine so it becomes a habit. Eating frequently... every 3-4 hours... don't under or over eat... eat healthy. Eating right is the fastest way.
well if your looking to tone...alternate long distance running and weight lifting daily. Like, do it on a Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Tuesday Thursday bassist. When lifting weights lift a lot of reps (ex, instead of lifting 200 7times lift 120 15times).
if you want a full body workout cardio is best espcialy running it burns the most calories as for something different have you ever thought about taking a dance class maybe learning belly dance,pole dance,latin dance or ballroom its fun and its like a cardio workout
