The ORIGINAL idea behind Hatha Yoga is to keep your body from bugging you during the long hours of meditation in padmasana. That's it.
You must practise twice daily for about 15-20 minutes. You'll be more flexible and supple in about 6 months. But you'隆ll notice a very quick improvement in general wellbeing (in just a few days) BUT no 2-3 times a week!! Every day!
