I am 5'4 and i weigh 100-104 plbs. I love exercising, but im not always sure when the best time to exercise is. I exercise 30 min. 2x/daily. Well I have school so during the week I exercise around 4:00 and then again at like 8-9. On the weekends I exercise at like 12 and then again at like 8pm.
Answer:It depend on what your goal is. To lose weight, first thing in the morning before even a drink. Otherwise the best time is half hour after a decent meal about five to six hours before bed. Eat again shortly after exercising. This allows your body to get the nutrients it need to exercise, the nutrients it needs after exercise to heal, then get ready to build and benifit while you sleep.
at early morning &evening
morning
The best time to exercise is whatever time you will do it. Some people say morning is best because it will energize you for the day and others say never exercise before going to bed because you will have sleeping problems, but if that is the only time you can fit it in your schedule, then by all means exercise then.
Whan you wake up in the morning,Start exercising!
In the morning. Early!!!:)
As a previous respondent said, it depends on what you are trying to achieve. Personally when ever I exercise I'm trying to get rid of fat. In this case the best time to exercise is in the morning before eating. This is because after fasting throughout the night your blood sugar is at its lowest level. Therefore any sustained cardiovascular exercise (lasting more than 30 minutes) at this time, will force your body to obtain its metabolic fuel from glycogen (an intermediate between fat and carbohydrate). Essentially this means that an exercise regime at a time of low blood sugar forces your body to get its energy from burning fat which has to be a good thing. However in order for this to occur exercise has to be aerobic, rather than anaerobic (when you are in oxygen debt or in other words out of breath). In order to burn fat your body requires plenty of oxygen. This in turn means that exercise must be of a relatively low intensity so that your body can get enough oxygen for this purpose i.e. not becoming dramatically breathless. As a very rough guide you should be able to conduct a conversation whilst exercising if you are exercising aerobically.
