When is the best time of the day to run
and what is the proper way of breathing because I usually get a sharp pain in my ribs...maybe Im breathing wrong I don't really know. And If I walk/run 2 miles everyday and have a veggetarian diet will I lose weight? or Do I need to run/walk more? Thanksss
Answer:Some people say it is best to run in the morning before you have eaten anything. This is because when running on an empty stomach, your burning fat rather than calories. However, in my opinion i dont think it matters what time of the day you run.
As for the breathing thing, you should run with your mouth closed i.e breathe just threw your nose. This results in you not getting out of breath as quick.
If you run/walk 2 miles a day with a healthy diet you will loose weight. Although i suggest having a rest day between each workout i.e run, because your muscles get stronger during this period.

You should run and exercise in the morning because if you exercise on an empty stomach then you are burning fat, and not the food you had eaten that day. Or i heard you can exercise anytime just as long as its 2 to 3 hours after you eat, so that way you will be burning fat. The best time i would say is the morning on an empty stomach.
