Before you eat breakfast.
This will raise your heart rate and help you burn more calories throughout the day. Raises the rate of your metabolism.
The afternoon.
Whenever you feel that you are able to give a hundred percent at it.
It doesn't matter when you do it, what matters is how much you put into the exercise time.
However, you don't want to exercise at least 2 hours before you go to bed. Your body will be awake if you do.
As soon as u wake up...

I think it all depends on the person. Some people think that it will make them more awake during the day if they work out in the morning, but it just makes me feel exhausted. People will also say not to do it at night or you won't be able to sleep, but for me it actually helps me fall asleep!

Id say around 1 or 2 pm. You need to work out at least an hour or two after a meal and you need to eat prior to working out. If you go early in the AM your blood sugar will be low and your endurance will be low with it. Howevor if youre trying to lose weight that would probably be a good thing. If youre trying to gain muscle, not so much. If you go after dinner you probably wont be able to sleep and if you ate a big dinner than youll probably get indigestion also.
