how do u build ur forearms,biceps and triceps, and any other arm mucsles?

Answer:

Use barbells or dumbells and do curls and tricep extensions. Do a few sets of about 12 to 15 repetitions. Use a weight that you can do these with that won't be too much, but yet enough to work the muscles good.Do this every other day. The "off" day is for recuperation. Also get plenty of high quality protein. Cheese, fish, chicken, eggs,etc. Also remember that the triceps make up more of the arm than the biceps. Big biceps are impressive, but as far as a full muscular arm goes, don't neglect those triceps. Good luck.
