I'am stationed overseas in Korea as a soldier. I dont eat out much...usually on post. That limits my selection to pretty much "bachelor college meals"...microwable, precooked/packages foods. I've gained weight and lost alot of energy since arriving here. I would like to to a fair priced site that overs meals that are deliverable (atkins, south beach, etc). The best and the worst in opinions. Preferably low carb diets. I understand you need carbs but they are my setback...that and sugar
