Whats the BEST thing to eat out of a vending machine
I recently started to work out and eat healthy, but school is about to start again. and i know im gonna have to go back to eating of out the vending machine.
What's the healthiest/best thing to get out of a vending machine? I know everything is not that great, but like i know there's something alright to eat
Answer:The best thing to eat is whatever is processed the least. Like peanuts or trail mix. Anything else will have loads of sugars, fats, calories, and carbs (and who knows what else). Also, eating peanuts/trail mix, and the like, will give you more energy and stay in your system longer. And drink lots and lots of water. It will keep you full longer. Also you could try buying little snack packages from the grocery and stashing in your bag. It's more economical and it will keep you from falling victim to a candy bar. I know that Planters makes snack packs. Check the cookie isle of your grocery store. Stay healthy and best of luck!
