What kind of exercise routines a 15 year old can do
i have to design a 2 week execerise program for 15 yr olds and i need more ideas on wat activites to put in during the 2 week period so pls help me! gimme all ur ideas thnks
Answer:well this is what i do,I go jogging run a mile or 2.Do around 100 jumping jacks none stop,take a 2 minute break.Then i do some squats 100, 25 in sets,top it off with lounges 100 or 50.u can throw a jump rope to after u run then use the jump rope fore 10 minutes,thats mostly a leg work out.an some sit ups.Now for upper body push ups 50 with your arms wide apart,then bring our arms in an do 50 more then with your hands shape like a diamond 50 more u can do more them in sets.But what realy works is pull ups do some with your hands wide an close an some behind your back get the v shape its better than wieghts,an at this age it will make them strong. well i hope u come up with good work out yes back arm use a chair do 100 or more in sets,u get the idea.
