What kind of diet food can I eat at school
I am on a diet right now and I just want to know if there are any kind of food (easy to carry and eat) i can bring to school to eat because i usually go to school from 8am-4 pm in the afternoon and i dont want to eat school food (which is usually really fattening). I tried to bring sandwich and veggies already. i just want to know if there are anymore alternatives

Carrot sticks, celery, apples, oranges, other raw veggies and fruits.
Sandwich, veggies. Sounds good =)
You're forgetting fruit, though.. Bring an apple, orange, or banana. I'd also advise you to get some milk for that as well (if your school has a snack bar, get some there). Or just have some type of juice or water.
What about those 100 calorie snack packs?
