I'm 6'2'' 180, I want to be somewhere around 200-210. What do I eat or what can I buy, eg. something at GNC etc.
Answer:you want to increase the intake of all 3 of the macronutrient groups which are protein, carbohydrates and fats. supplements only help if there is already sufficient nutrient intake from whole foods
the absolute easiest way to gain weight is to start counting calories.
To put on fat try a carb weightgainer and do nothing, to gain muscle try a protein weightgainer and weightlift, with 15 minutes of cardio per lifting session prior to lifting.
Just eat a lot and watch a lot of tv
work out muscle wieghs more than fat you will be more appealing than if you are fatter
Take multi-vitamins and mineral and eat more protein to build up muscle. At the same time, do push-ups or other execise to make use of your intake proteins.
