my stomach is fairly big and i need a quick resolution...please help...serious answers only...
Answer:you can't spot reduce fat stores through diet or exercise. genetics determines from where on the body fat is metabolized first and last.
if you want to lose the the fat on your stomach you have to reduce your body fat until you see the desired results in your mid-section

Work on your abs. Do simple crunches, leg raise and side crunches (3 sets of 30 reps). You can do this at home or if you are enrolled in a gym, do the basic ones on a mat then try working out your abs using an incline bench.
