What is the fastest way to get a slimmer tummy by end of the week

im not fat but i really need to lose some of that weight off my tummy. i have a wedding to go to this weekend and sad to say... ive been super lazy working out my tummy/abs.

so i need to lose at least 3 lbs by this weekend (im at 107) or at least look trim and fit.

any suggestions or what to eat or do?

Answer:

eat all your carbs in the morning, and do alot of cardio and core exercises during the week. Also try to reduce your daily calorie intake by 500 calories each day. Eat oatmeal and other high fibre foods to help you feel full each day longer and you won't notice the lack of food as much. But for asthetics, exercise and ab work would be your best bet. Realistically you should have started a few weeks prior to this but can't turn back time now. Avoid starvation diets and anything drastic.

Maybe you need to dump some of what is in your belly.

Get down on your knees and pray because it's not going to happen. You should have planned for this months ago.
It probably won't happen that fast, but in general, eat more meats and vegetables and less processed and fast foods. Also, do sit-ups to firm up your abs.
