surgery. i can't see any other way to lose weight in your age. eating less and exercising wouldn't do u any good - metabolism of older people is so slow, that dieting and exercising will have no affect on you whatsoever
Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

I'd recommend a balanced diet and exercise as the best way for a woman of any age to lose some pounds.
Cut junk like chips, sweets, pop and fast food. Replace it with things like water, lean meats, fruits and vegetables.
As for exercise you might want to consider swimming, walking or biking.
I've personally lost 5.5 inches around my waist by riding my bike for 40 minutes a day and changing the way I eat. I started mid December.
You can do anything you set your mind to!
