I find that if you are working out with a partner, that the best exercise for abs is by sitting on the edge of a bench, with your feet on the bench and your partner sitting on your feet and and holding above your knees putting pressure down. Next, you slowly lower yourself down, whether level with the bench or even farther back depends on how strenuous you want it to be. And then slowly bring yourself up to about a 45 degree angle past being level with the bench. You should not be moving more then 90 degrees though. And then if you really want to work on them, hold a weight to your chest!
