i have been eating healthier and working out but i still have a little flab on my stomach especially in on my lower abs. are there cetain exercises that i can do that will really flatten my lower stomach?
Answer:Eat less, nix the usual bad diet items (white flour - incl pasta & non-wholegrain breads, sugar, white rice), eat more raw/natural foods, keep doing your cardio (running is great, if you are willing and able), but most of all, I highly recommend Pilates. Highly. The Pilates for Dummies video is more than enough if you do it consciously and consistently.
You could try doing some reverse crunchs everyday when you wake up or before you go to bed
