What is the best way to exercise your thighs and your BUTT
Depends on your objective. If you are wanting to shed unwanted fat, you have to engage in aerobic exercise. That is, get your heart rate up to about 70-80% of your maximum and sustain that level (if you are healthy enough to do so) for 20-40 minutes. This is a great fat-burning zone. You can achieve this by running/jogging, swimming, cycling, etc. Do one or a combination of these exercises 3-6 times per week and you will see great results relatively fast!
If you are wanting to shape your thighs and posterior and/or make them stronger, you want to focus on strength training for these areas. Squats, lunges, and leg presses are ideal for this kind of work. Do these a maximum of 2-3 times per week, allowing these muscles to rest at least 1-2 days between workouts.
My honest opinion is to adopt both objectives. As you burn unwanted fat (if you have any), you strengthen the muscles beneath. Once the fat is gone, you are left with lean, mean, firm, sexy thighs and rear end! Yum!
