What is the best way to build your immune system
I get sick sometimes and I go for walks.
Answer:Good nutrition is a must.But there is something that most people seem to either forget or they just don't know.Our immune systems are regulated by our feelings.Five years ago I was told by my doctor that I was dieing from cancer and had only a few months to live.You can do what I did.I went to six flags and got on a roller coaster.I had the time of my life.Then I went snow skiing for a week.I pulled out all of my favorite music and played every song that made me feel wonderful.I lived as if I only had a few days left in this world.Not only did I beat cancer I also beat some other medical problems That the doctors said couldn't be cured.Nothing will boost your immune system better than having the time of your life.Nutrition,laughter and having the time of you life works better than anything a doctor can ever do for you in that area.
Eat a healthy diet, exercise daily and use a good mulitvitamin that is well absorbed by your body daily and a good antioxidant supplement.
A healthy balanced diet rich in vegetables and fruits. Plenty of exercise and drink green tea.

actually i get sick alot too and dont know why...
Everything you have always heard: exercise, eat a healthy diet, and get lots of sleep. All three of these strengthen your entire body. Also, wash your hands frequently and don't use alot of anti-bacterial cleansers...they don't allow your body to build up a natural immunity to disease. And obviously, watch how much you drink and don't smoke. Of course, if you're like me, you could do all of this and still get sick...everyone's immune system is different.
